The Dirty House Wife

The Dirty House Wife, a clever name for a clean product! A line of soaps inspired by coastal honeysuckle bushes and the smell of summer in New England. I'm tempted to order a few.

  2. Oh Maya! You are just precious. I love your posts, and they are always titled so cute. What a cool product. Do you know of any housewife who isn't dirty at some time in her life? Honeysuckle would smell wonderful to wash in. I was out in the 115 degree heat yesterday mowing, weeding and edging. I started early, but it got hot earlier. I jumped in the pool a couple of times just to cool off while I was working. It was a scortcher. Please stop by and say hi. You will smile, I am having a manic Monday. Country hugs and love, Sherry

  4. Nice! Sounds like something to refresh after a day in the garden or on the beach when sand is, you know, everywhere...

  5. When I clicked on this from my google reader, i expected to find my picture but I was so relieved to see this soap!! I am not a wife but as a budding and I do mean budding domestic diva, this is the kind of goodie that makes you want to clean! yay! I can almost smell it.

  6. The smell of drying salted wood in the sun. The smell of beach grass under feet. The smell of Sea and Ski. That was Cape Code in the 1960's. Without the sunscreen it would make a wonderful soap.

  9. I love these types of soaps with the handmade, homemade look, but when I went to her site — I fell in love with the mermaid soaps! Those are definitely going on my Christmas list.

I agree, these would make wonderful gifts and I might order a few for myself. Honeysuckle, I love honeysuckle-- and the Island Pear looks so pretty.
