Open Kitchen Storage -Great!

You wouldn't want to hide these popular and lovely sea life plates behind cabinet doors. I'm glad to see more and more open storage since that's the plan for my new kitchen. For more open storage inspiration check out LeAnn's Open Cabinet pics and her very own fabulous kitchen.

I love the plates. I took my two front cabinet doors off in my kitchen and my husband put beadboard in the back and I painted it a robins egg blue and I displayed my dishes. I have done this in the last three houses, it's kinda my signature I guess...LOL! Oh, I also put cup hooks and hung teacups.

    Hugs,
    LeAnn:)

  9. Those plates are so beautiful... I hadn't seen them before. And I too love the concept, but perhaps just one cupboard for me... One to showcase some pretty barware or my Mexican glassware. Awesome ideas!
Hope your week is going well...

  12. How stunning..I've always wanted plates like those but I would have never thought to have designed them like so. Octopus...they generally give me the icks but I love the way it's been designed on the plate. It's lacy and delicate looking.
