Sand Santa Sculpture

Santa Sand Sculpture
We've seen Roaming Cows on India's beaches, and now the world's largest sand santa! Even though Hindus and Muslims comprise the majority of the population, Christmas is celebrated with enthusiasm. This is a 100 feet long, 30 feet wide and 15 feet high sand sculpture by artist Sudarsan Pattnaik. Sand Santa sits at Orissa's Puri beach where Sudarsan would go as a child and build sand castles. Here are a few more sand sculptures carved by him.
